People and Cold

I get upset when I see someone on campus wearing a T-shirt when it's below freezing outside. When I ask them if they're cold, they tell me,
"No, it's actually not that bad outside."

I want to hit them. If it's "not that bad" outside, why are all the other people bundled up like eskimos and staying inside?
ADMIT IT. YOU'RE COLD.
